Edward Masaitis, President, CEO, and Managing Partner, is a real estate marketing professional with more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, marketing, and management.  He has been extensively involved in land acquisitions, municipal processing, financing, contract negotiations, critical path scheduling, and construction.  Masaitis has broad expertise in all aspects of the homebuilding process with particular emphasis on custom residential construction.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
