CEO/President/Managing Partner
Jason Diaz, graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2000. He practiced law in Ocala, Florida where he also began his career in residential construction and large tract development. In 2008, Mr. Diaz proudly participated in founding Affinity Construction, originally as its Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. He not only maintains his Florida Bar License but also holds a real estate brokers and building licenses as the qualifier for the company. He is responsible for maintaining the standards established by the company and possesses the organizational and administrative disciplines required to guide the firm in its quest for excellence.
Chairman and Partner
Michael Anderson, Chairman and Partner, is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive and real estate developer with more than 40 years of experience and success in new business development and management. Mr. Anderson graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree; served two years as a US military intelligence officer; and co-founded the US Cable Group which became a significant multiple cable TV system operator both domestically and in the United Kingdom. More recently, the Group has diversified into a number of successful telecommunication ventures including Orlando based Smart City Telecom which provides cable TV, telephony, and internet services to the Disney World complex and surrounding communities.
Executive Vice President and Partner
John Letendre joined the Affinity team in 2010 and served as an irreplaceable asset over his tenure. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience including shell construction, independent contracting, supervision, project management, construction estimating and management level positions in Florida construction. Building and managing countless luxury homes in exclusive communities such as Bears Club, Loxahatchee Club, Admiral’s Cove, Lost Tree Village and Jupiter Inlet Colony, John continues to oversee the majority of the company’s construction projects, as well as being a key point person for the most challenging of projects. John takes a very practical approach to project management and values the relationships we build with our clients.
Vice President/Business Development
Geoff Collins, a Certified General Contractor in Florida, is a second-generation developer/builder that brings three decades of experience in every aspect of building including multifamily, commercial, medical, golf course and luxury community development. His core competency is in the luxury home market and has a broad knowledge and expertise in sales, marketing, and contract negotiations. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida. If you have any questions about how to get your project started, he is well educated to discuss even the most challenging projects from concept to completion.
Controller/Administrative Director
Scarlet has worked in the construction industry for 25 years in various departments including estimating, project coordination and accounting. She possesses outstanding organizational and accounting skills and partnered with her attention to detail makes her a key asset complimenting Affinity’s commitment to excellence.
Accounting/Coordinator
Jacqui graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has worked in accounting and financial institutions since graduation and started working in luxury home construction in 2019. Her strengths are in forensic accounting. She also likes spending time with family, gardening, and hiking.
Design Coordinator/Client Relations
Trisha brings over two decades of interior design and construction experience to the Affinity Team. A graduate of the University of Florida and State Licensed Interior Designer, she is also a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers. Her experience working with many talented tradesmen and contractors on luxury residential projects, lends itself to her talents in client insight, project coordination and vendor relations bringing another level of expertise to our commitment to excellence. Trisha is an avid saltwater angler and donates time to charity events as well as historical preservation interests locally.
Assistant Design Coordinator/Project Coordinator
Kim joins the Affinity team with a background in real estate and interior design. She studied business management at Troy University while on a softball scholarship. She them went into high end interior design specializing in project management. Kim is a native South Floridian and grew up in Jupiter. When not immersed in building and design, she spends time with her husband and 2 small children at the beach, boating or reading.
Coordinator/Estimating
Born and raised in South Africa, Cindy moved to the US in 1992. She started as an office manager for a Custom Home Builder’s real estate office in 1995. Her versatility has given her the opportunity to perform multiple positions in the construction industry since then, ranging from accounting, selections coordination and estate management. Her passion is in working with clients, helping select the fits and finishes that takes the vision of their dream home and makes it a reality.
Project Manager
Dwight has resided in Palm Beach County since 1958 and has been working hands on in the luxury construction business since 1970. Dwight has lived in Jupiter Farms and enjoys living the country life in his spare time. Dwight has been married since 1978 and has three kids and seven grandkids. Dwight has been with Affinity since its inception and is proud to further Affinity’s goals of creating homes of distinction!
Project Manager
Colin was born in Scotland and graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2003. Shortly therafter, Colin met his future wife and has since resided in South Florida ever since. Colin is the proud father of three children. Colin is licensed as a General Contractor since 2009 but has worked in the construction industry since 1997. Colin joined the Affinity Team in 2011 and has recorded a 2nd place finish in every Affinity golf tournament.
Project Manager
Mark Renick has been in the construction industry since 1980 and received his certified contractor’s license in 1986. Since that time, Mark has perfected his craft by working hands-on throughout every phase of the construction process and now stands as one of the highest regarded Project Managers in South Florida. Affinity was proud to have him join our Team in 2014.
Project Manager
Mark graduated from LaSalle University and began his career in the building industry in 1977. Mark obtained his general contracting license in 2006 and has extensive experience in all stages of custom home construction and project management. Mark joined Affinity in 2014 and brings his plethora of real world expertise to the Team.

Alex joined Affininty in 2016. She graduated from the University of Florida with adegree in construction management. Prior to joining us, Alex worked in luxury residential construction in South Florida. With a hands-on approach in the field, Alex is also very creative and enjoys working with clients to help create the home of their dreams.
Project Manager
Mark entered the construction industry full time in 1972. After completing studies in architecture and building construction at Miami Dade Junior College, he received his Florida State Certified General Contractors License in 1976. His project management skills have built custom luxury residences in Alachua, Manatee and Palm Beach Counties. Mark’s 45 year career has produced quite a portfolio and phenomenal experience he brings to the Affinity team.
Project Manager
Delbert came to Affinity Construction Group with over 30 years’ experience. Over the course of his career, he has climbed through the ranks from a Carpenter, Estimator, Superintendent and Project Manager for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Over the past 18 years, Delbert has built large-scale commercial projects, warehouses, churches, schools, banks, government buildings, and arenas. Delbert eventually found his passion in construction, building luxury homes.
Project Supervisor
Scott Hyde brings 25 years’ experience in construction. He worked his way up from a laborer, carpenter, then superintendent. Over the years he has run his own company, worked for world renowned artists, and a former Ambassador. Scott started with and later rejoined Affinity because of the close-knit family and team feeling within the organization and to be a part of a fantastic, comprehensive construction company.
Project Supervisor
Jack brings 25+ years of construction knowledge, experience, and client relations to the Affinity Team. Originally starting vocational carpentry school in 1996, he soon joined the Army Corp of Engineers as a carpenter masonry specialist in 1998. After the Army, Jack reentered the civilian work force to further round his expertise in construction. In 2006, he obtained his general contracting license and started his own construction company in Colorado specializing in both new homes and remodeling. Family brought Jack to Florida in 2020 where he found his home with Affinity.
